SHIPPING POLICY
1. Pick up in-store: FREE in-store pickup is available when you select Pickup at checkout. You will receive notification that your item(s) is(are) ready for pick up. You will need to present your ID and Confirmation of Order.
2. Local TTPost Delivery (within Trinidad & Tobago). TTPost Trackpak Courier is a service that delivers your package to your door. A flat rate of $35.00 per package is charged for this service once your package is below 3kgs.
3. International Shipping fees (outside of Trinidad & Tobago) are calculated based on
current market prices and may vary at the time of ordering.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid bill/receipt. Item(s) must be returned within TEN (10) DAYS of the purchase or collection/receipt date for purchases.

Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear):

If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one.

If the item is not available, credit or refund will be issued.

If an order has already been shipped, shipping will not be refunded.

We will refund any associated shipping charge for defective products, or if the wrong item is received.

No refund of shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase.

For exchanges on non-defective items: item must be in its original, unopened packaging and/or have tags intact, and be unused and not washed.
